Unfortunately, NDS and GC don't have any good retroarch core that works well, no matter the tablet you use. In my experience, the best way to emulate those systems are with the stand-alone NDS emulator DraStic and The stand-alone Gamecube emulator Dolphin (not the core), which you could call with retroarch, however I haven't tested that, plus I don't really know the performance of the games in
